A beautiful wild sauna experience at Kingsbarns beach, bookable for private or communal sessions. We also offer tailored sessions and experiences from sunrise to sunset, wild spa, hen & stag reset and yoga.  

We have 5 locations in total, Kingsbarns is the OG.  

If you want to release stress in an accessible and affordable way that is totally natural and also fun, the Wild Scottish sauna is for you!
