2. Discover lots and lots of talented artists

From painting and printmaking to sculpture, ceramics, textiles, photography and installations there's so much to enjoy.
3. Unleash your creativity
Make your mark on a giant collaborative artwork celebrating life beneath the waves at the Fish Market at Pittenweem Harbour. Using stencils, bold colours and imagination, visitors of all ages are invited to help create a vibrant underwater world inspired by the sea around us (1st and 2nd Aug).
4. Come and see some of Scotland's most exciting new talent
The Emerging Artists Exhibition showcases exciting new artists selected for the originality of their ideas, the strength of their artistic vision, and their skilled use of materials and techniques - don't miss these exciting new voices in contemporary art.
5. Join the treasure hunt
Pick up your clue sheet from the Box Office and set off on a treasure hunt around the village. Follow the trail, solve puzzles, uncover hidden clues and complete the challenge to claim a small reward. A fun way to explore the Festival (2nd Aug).
6. Get hands on at a talk or worshop
There's a great range of activities for all ages from guided beachcombing to t-shirt printing and jewellery making to clay sea critter creation!
7. Take your pick from a great line up of entertainment
What will you choose? There's film, music, poetry, storytelling, Shakespeare (bicycle powered!) and even synchronised swimming.
8. Get competitive
Be a part of the Festival with the En Plein Air Painting Competition! Bring your art supplies and head to the Box Office from 9:30AM to have your canvas or paper stamped, then head out to capture the beauty of Pittenweem (5th Aug).
9. Explore Pittenweem further
Take some time to discover all the charms of this lovely town, from the picturesque harbour to the family friendly West Braes where you can enjoy a game of crazy golf and a dip in the tidal pool, all with stunning views.
10. Take home a piece of the Festival
Whether you're looking for paintings, ceramics, sculpture, photography, jewellery or handcrafted gifts, there's plenty of opportunity to buy your own original piece of art directly from the artist.
