Dunfermline & West Fife is an area where old and new can be found side by side. Once the capital of Scotland, Dunfermline has a fascinating history and is now Scotland's eighth city after being granted the status as part of the Queen's Platinum Jubilee celebrations.

The iconic Forth Bridge with its UNESCO World Heritage status and its equally striking neighbours the Forth Road Bridge and the Queensferry Crossing dominate West Fife’s coastline. However, tucked away on the north shore of the River Forth are historic villages with cobbled streets and white-harled, red-tiled cottages. It’s no wonder West Fife’s often used as a film and TV location, including scene-stealing appearances by Culross in the smash hit Outlander.
