The Alfred Dunhill Links Championship returns to Scotland from October 1-4, marking a special milestone - its 25th celebration.
Played on the Old Course St Andrews, Carnoustie and Kingsbarns Golf Links, the Championship is the only professional golf event to be staged on the Old Course every year.
Leading the field will be Scotland’s golf star Bob MacIntyre who will be back to defend his title on the three world-famous Links courses, which over the years have been graced by many illustrious golfers including Rory McIlroy, Padraig Harrington, Matt Fitzpatrick, Tyrrell Hatton, Tommy Fleetwood, Sir Nick Faldo, Ernie Els, Ryan Fox and Brooks Koepka.
The professionals are partnered by celebrated amateurs which have included Bill Murray, Ronan Keating, Hugh Grant, Andy Garcia and Andy Murray which adds a fun dimension to this prestigious event.
Play is over the three courses in rotation over the first three days with the final round being played over the Old Course.
